No! Your Ignite Rewards stamps never expire as long as your account remains active. We consider an account active if you make at least one visit every 12 months. This means you can save up for bigger rewards without worrying about losing your stamps.

Yes! Stamps can be combined with most promotions and discounts. However, you cannot earn stamps on purchases made with redeemed stamps (the free item visit). Stamps cannot be combined with employee discounts or other membership programs.

Don't worry! Your points are safely saved in our system. You can recover your account in several ways:

• Call our rewards support line
• Email us from your registered email address
• We can look up your account by name and phone number

There's no limit to how many stamps you can earn! The more you visit Ignite, the more rewards you unlock. For redemptions, you can use stamps on multiple items in a single visit, but some exclusive rewards may be limited to once per year per member.
