WHO WE ARE

Ignite Nutrition ("we," "us") is a beverage and nutrition cafe located in Pinellas Park, Florida. This policy describes how we handle information in connection with our website (ignitepinellas.com), our Ignite Nutrition mobile app, our online ordering through Square, our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and our internal social media management tools.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect only the information needed to operate our business and run the app:

  • Account information you provide when you create an account in our mobile app: your name, email address, phone number, and a password that we store only in a securely hashed form. If you sign in with Google or Apple instead, we receive your name and email from that provider.
  • Your phone number, which we use to award loyalty points for your in-store purchases and to send you order updates.
  • Order and payment information when you order through the app or online. Payments are processed by Square; we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Loyalty activity, including the points you earn and redeem and a history of your orders, tied to your account.
  • One-time verification codes we send by text message and email to confirm your contact information.
  • Information you voluntarily share when you interact with our social media pages, such as comments, messages, and reviews.
  • Standard, aggregated analytics provided by the platforms we use (for example, engagement statistics from Meta and Google). These do not identify you personally to us.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • To create and operate your account and process the orders you place.
  • To run our loyalty program, including awarding and redeeming points.
  • To send transactional messages such as order updates and verification codes.
  • To send marketing messages about deals and new items ONLY if you opt in. You can opt out at any time in the app or by replying STOP to texts.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
  • We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

ACCOUNT DELETION

You can delete your account and the personal information associated with it at any time from within the app's account screen, or by emailing jrvencill@gmail.com. We will honor deletion requests within 30 days. Some records, such as completed payment records held by Square, are retained as required by Square's policies and by law.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

Our app and online presence rely on the following processors, each governed by its own privacy policy: Square (ordering and payments), Twilio (text message delivery), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (app hosting and backend), Google and Apple (sign-in), Meta Platforms, and TikTok.

ADVERTISING

We run ads on Meta platforms targeted by general location (the Tampa Bay area), age, and interests, using Meta's advertising system. We do not upload customer lists or other personal data for ad targeting.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this address, with the effective date shown at the top.
